The following are Home ab exercises for women

1. Abdominal maintenance
To perform the abdominal hold, sit on the edge of a chair with your back straight. Hold the edge of the chair next to each of your legs and breathe comfortably. Tighten your abdominal muscles while lifting the feet of 2 to 4 inches of the ground and slowly lift your buttocks from the chair. Hold this position as long as you can or at least 5 seconds. Go down to the sitting position and repeat and continue for at least 1 minute.

2. Raise the opposite arm and leg
To do this properly, you have to go on all fours on a yoga mat and make sure you bring your knees under your hips and your wrists under shoulders. Raise your left leg at the hip. When you feel that it is in a comfortable position, lift your right arm to shoulder height. Hold this position for two minutes before reaching your arm and leg back. Repeat this exercise on the opposite side until you have completed 15 to 20 repetitions, alternating side to side. For more advanced, touch your elbow against your knee when you bring in your arm and leg training.

3. Leg raise floor exercises
To do this lift the leg off the ground, ensure that your back is flat on a yoga mat. Keep your legs straight and hands at your sides or under your buttocks. Breathe comfortably, lift your legs 6-10 inches off the ground and hold this position for as long as you can. Do not strain your neck or arch your lower back. Keep your abs tight and continue with as many repetitions as you can.

Bicycle crunches, if done correctly will prove to bring fast results when it comes to work on the upper and lower abdomen. First lie with your back flat on a yoga mat. Fully extend the right leg by bending the left leg with the knee toward your chest. Press the knee of the bent leg with the right (side) of the elbow. Repeat this exercise on the opposite side. Continue this movement without rest as long as possible while keeping the upper body in the same position.
